Oguz founded Passage Global Capital Management in 2007 and is responsible for developing investment strategies and managing portfolios and risk. He is an investment industry veteran seasoned in global equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives. He also possesses years of experience in the disciplines of trading and risk management. He started his professional career working in the banking industry, including a Chicago-based investment bank, where he gained experience in financial analysis and equity options. Oguz has worked with several multinational and Fortune 500 companies, managing multi-million-dollar global investment portfolios. He has also been responsible for managing various financial market risks involving equity, foreign exchange, fixed income, and commodities.
Throughout his career he has designed and developed a variety of quantitative-based financial and investment models, as well as portfolio and risk management strategies. Oguz has a B.S. in Economics with Econometrics. He received an MBA degree in finance with an MIS from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago. Oguz has also completed the Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance program at Harvard University, as well as an advanced online statistical learning course from Stanford University. Oguz holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Kristel is committed to ensuring the ethos and culture of Passage Global Capital Management are centered on building positive and long-lasting relationships for the ultimate goals of our clients and the intellectual growth of our team members. As a co-owner, Kristel helps oversee the marketing, PR, and general business strategy as well as community engagement of our firm. She received a B.A. degree from DePaul University in Chicago and has an MBA in Business and Marketing.
Christopher is our Senior Investment and Research Associate at Passage Global Capital Management. He performs in-depth quantitative research and facilitates client advisory services. Christopher plays a key role in the development of investment strategies, structuring portfolios, and monitoring risk. Christopher joined Passage Global Capital Management as an intern in 2016 while studying computer science and has been with the firm since. His quantitative research in equities, fixed income, and alternatives supports the firm’s data-driven portfolio construction process.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Iowa. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
Cade is our Quantitative Research Scientist at Passage Global Capital Management. Cade focuses on the application of mathematical and statistical methods in our models, leveraging computational approaches throughout the entire research lifecycle—from conceptual development to live execution. He also builds and maintains a robust technical infrastructure. This work supports the firm’s data-driven processes and helps drive the core of the firm’s algorithmic decision-making around equities and emerging digital assets. His efforts help ensure that the firm’s quantitative initiatives are both adaptable and analytically sound, reflecting Passage Global Capital Management’s commitment to methodical strategic development. Cade joined Passage Global Capital Management as an intern in 2022 while studying computational and applied mathematics and has been with the firm since.
Cade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
Evin is our Financial Analyst and Investment Advisor at Passage Global Capital Management. Evin works closely with our quantitative investment research and management team to provide unique, risk-managed investment solutions as a Financial Analyst and Investment Advisor. He’s also responsible for developing and managing client relationships.
Evin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management from the Boston University Questrom School of Business. Upon graduating, he also earned his Series 65 license.
